Shipping policy

Delivery takes up to 5 business days (items usually arrive within 1–2 business days). The delivery period begins when the order is placed.
We ship the ordered items via PostNord.
If the delivery address is not clearly specified or is incorrect, the buyer is responsible for any delay in delivery.

We recommend that the buyer check the packaging and quantity of the products after receiving the goods. If the product is damaged during transport, it must be returned and replaced with a new package and an undamaged product.
In the event of subsequent complaints regarding the product, the seller will take into account the depreciation of the damaged product when the goods are returned.

Delivery within the EU For orders to other EU countries, the delivery time is 5–14 business days. We ship via PostNord or an equivalent international shipping partner. Free shipping applies to orders over 59 EUR. For orders under 59 EUR, a shipping fee of 25 EUR applies. All prices include VAT—no hidden fees apply for delivery within the EU.
